Chinese wine duck soup with preserved vegetables. Can be a bit more salty but the meat is very tender!
Sweet and sour chicken: marinate with pepper, deep fried, sauce is a mixture of chilli and ketchup. My son loves it as he is a major meat eater, very un-green!
